Had a hiccup with the breakfast-cold eggs and scarce tea made the morning a bit of a letdown. Plus, our first room was a bit of a surprise for the staff, but they made it right quickly!

Loved our rooms in good condition. The breakfasts were wonderful with pastry, orange and also bananas and the staff were accommodating, did not rush us.
Didn't like the area, it was poor.

This place suits me perfectly! The indoor swimming pool, fitness center, and 24-hour reception provide everything I need. On my first stay, the staff helped me with local food delivery. I can't thank them enough! I'm coming back for Christmas.

i greatly enjoyed 1 night there. the hotel was wonderful and the location was particularly good so close to a clean safe area and multiple restaurants and retailers and zoo/gage park, movie theater and interstate. the rooms were tidy in good condition, everything was nice. all the staff was outstandingly friendly, tackled my issues. the service was friendly with an efficient check-in.

Great amenities but cleanliness concerns
The indoor pool and fitness center were fantastic amenities that added a lot of value to our stay. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room, as it seemed it hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival.
